[I must apologize though--  within the first 12 hours we noticed some not so lovely voting tactics going on and had to instate an IP address limit, which unfortunately ruined it for a lot of honest voters doing their ballot while on a networked computer at work or school (=on the same IP)... I hope that you were able to send your vote in on your personal computer before voting closed, if this was the case for you. ]
